Package Scope

The package includes only the services specifically mentioned in the Festive Business Launch Combo. Any service, feature, functionality, or requirement not mentioned in the offer will be treated as additional work and charged separately.

Website

Includes a 3–5 page static, mobile-responsive website with enquiry/contact form, CTA buttons, and WhatsApp integration. Additional pages, advanced functionality, custom development, database functionality, e-commerce, or web applications are not included.

Google Business Profile

Includes setup and basic optimisation of one Google Business Profile. Verification, approval, ranking, visibility, reviews, and Google's processing time are subject to Google's policies and are not guaranteed by WebKeSath.

Domain & Hosting

Includes one standard .IN domain for 1 year and shared hosting for 1 year, subject to availability and applicable registrar policies.

Premium domains, aftermarket domains, previously registered domains, reserved domains, or domains carrying additional acquisition/registration charges are not included. Any such additional domain cost will be payable separately by the client.

Social Media Posts

Includes 10 festive/offer social media post designs. Posting, scheduling, social media account management, paid advertising, influencer promotions, and community management are not included.

Content & Client Responsibilities

The client must provide the required business information, logo, images, text, contact details, service/product information, social media links, and other necessary materials. Delays in providing required information may affect the project timeline.

Content Creation

Basic content arrangement/support is included within the agreed scope. Professional photography, videography, extensive copywriting, premium stock images, paid fonts, music, or other licensed assets are not included unless specifically agreed.

Payment Terms

• 100% payment of ₹9,999 + applicable GST is required before commencement of the project.
• Work will begin only after payment confirmation and receipt of the required client information/materials.
• Any additional work or third-party cost must be approved and paid separately before such work or service is initiated.

GST & Additional Charges

GST will be charged additionally as applicable. Domain upgrades, premium domains, premium software/plugins, third-party services, paid APIs, paid stock assets, advertising budgets, and other external charges are payable separately by the client.

Revisions

Up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included for the website/designs. Major design changes, complete redesigns, additional sections/pages, or changes after final approval may incur additional charges.

Project Timeline

The delivery timeline will be communicated after receiving the complete content, information, approvals, and required access from the client. Delays caused by pending client inputs, approvals, or third-party services may extend the delivery timeline.

Approval & Finalisation

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website and creatives. Once the client provides final approval, subsequent changes may be considered additional work and charged separately.

Third-Party Services

WebKeSath is not responsible for downtime, suspension, verification delays, policy changes, technical issues, or service interruptions caused by Google, domain registrars, hosting providers, WhatsApp, Meta, or other third-party platforms.

No Guaranteed Results

WebKeSath does not guarantee Google rankings, Google Business Profile ranking, leads, enquiries, sales, social media reach, website traffic, or business growth. Results depend on various internal and external factors.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once payment is received and project work, domain registration, hosting activation, design, development, or other fulfilment activities have commenced, the payment will generally be non-refundable. Any exceptional cancellation or refund will be considered at the sole discretion of WebKeSath and subject to work completed and third-party costs incurred.

Domain & Website Ownership

The standard .IN domain will be registered using the client's details wherever applicable. Website files and final deliverables will be handed over according to the agreed terms after full payment and completion of the project. Third-party licenses, software, plugins, themes, and external services remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

Renewal After One Year

Domain and hosting are included for the first year only. From the second year onward, domain renewal, hosting renewal, SSL or other applicable renewal/service charges will be payable separately at the prevailing rates.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or proceeding with the WebKeSath Festive Business Launch Combo, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
